NewHROwner - how bout you come up to Sequim when we're done building as I know nothing about yard and landscaping (here in Juneau I'm lucky to grow bulbs even!) and I'll brew a batch of beer for ya and we'll cook some gourmet meals!

Oh man I have to mention that I was setting up downtown for the home show yesterday and on my way home saw the "PRAWN" sign at the harbor - yep my favorite prawn fisherman was back in on his last run - spot prawn season is over until next winter so I bought fresh spot prawns! $9 per pound and fresh off the boat! *THAT* I will miss!

I work in the academic department of a school for wayward teens; I make sure they get the right courses and credits to graduate from high school. Although many days I feel more like a counselor than a registrar!

Off-time I'm hiking, getting women interested and involved in motorcycling, or showing off my Rebel. Or cooking up some mean Spanish food...

I'd LOVE to!! I still threaten my co-workers (I'm a CT Technologist) that one of these days I'm going to quit the medical field and do landscape design for a living. I'll post a link to some before/after photos of my yard so far...though it's still a bit early for new pics, I have LOTS from last summer.

My newest project under way is a flagstone patio area...but I underestimated my area and need more stone!

Definitely an awesome parrot. Wish I were a parrot person. They are such amazing animals, but too much like kids I think, which I avoided scrupulously.
