Hi Folks:
Anyone have any experience with the Hurricane spitfire windscreen being sold by Jack's. The price is certainly right but how does it mount on and perform with a Rebel250
Thanks

| I have found that the windshield works pretty well, but I had to play around to get it mounted correctly to minimize wind turbulance in my face. I had to adjust the wind shield higher than specified in the directions and at a fairly sharp back angle to get the wind to blow over my head. Even then I have to crouch slightly to get complete protection (I'm 6 feet). |

Thanks! Im only 5'6" so perhaps I won't have to crouch down. I knew that someday there would be an upside to being vertically challenged. |

OH MY!!!
Should I really give my input. Ha Ha
Do a search for spitfire windshield and you'll find a lot of input about this subject.
I'll say this. Be ready to adjust the shield at least twice a week for a month until you find that sweet spot. Also, don't buy it if you are wanting to keep the wind off of your face. This is a sport shield that does take a ton of air off of your chest. I love mine now that I found that sweet spot.

At 5'6", you should have no trouble with this windshield. _________________ So, in the words of Forrest: "That's all I got to say 'bout that." |

| I just decided to put mine back on tonight and see if I could get that "just right" angle/height, and I finally got it! I'm going to agree with nick here, there is a perfect spot for that thing to sit, and it will probably take some time to actually find it. Until you find that spot, it will be pretty agarvating, but once you do, it's all good. |

| I got lucky. I haven't moved mine since I put it on a couple of months ago. |
